These are actually marked as made in Germany. I switched to these when my regular roller bearings were breaking and so far I have not managed to break a single needle bearing.

Bonus tip: I was installing some of the larger bearings into UHMW plastic and did not want to pay for a large twist drill bit. I used a cheap spade bit and it worked really well!
